Nigeria’s national team continues to slay at the 2018 Fifa World Cup in Russia as they’ve just won the award for the best fashion team.
This comes barely hours after the Eagles landed in Russia in stylish white attires with ankara print and matching shoes, distinguishing them from other sides at the Mundial.
The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) has now rated the Eagles as the “team with the best travelling uniform” in Russia.
This also comes after world fashion magazine GQ rated Nigerian Super Eagles jersey as the best for the 2018 World Cup.
The Eagles shirts, produced by American kit makers Nike, sold out minutes after it hit the shelves across the world.
No doubt the Eagles have won the jersey contest, we hope they don’t get carried away with fashion at the world cup rather than their performance on the field.
The Super Eagles who start their campaign on Saturday 16th June 2018 against Croatia are also paired in the same group with Argentina and Iceland.
